I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience helping adults navigate some of the harder things life brings — anxiety, PTSD, OCD, grief, bipolar disorder, maternal mental health, infertility, eating disorders, and chronic illness, among others. I work with adults of all backgrounds and I'm fully LGBTQIA+-affirming. I see all of my clients via telehealth, which means if you're anywhere in Arkansas, we can work together — no commute, no waiting room. I'm warm and I'm direct, and I don't believe in keeping you in therapy longer than you need to be.
Hello and welcome! Seeking therapy takes a lot of courage and finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. I have experience working with adults facing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, severe mental illness, and problems with motivation and self-esteem.
I believe we’re all doing the best we can, and that belief guides my work as a therapist. I care deeply about people and feel honored to be someone you can bring the hard things to. I’m down-to-earth, professional, and shaped by a diverse background that led me to counseling as my life’s work.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or trying to manage the effects of past trauma while also navigating relationships or family challenges. It can feel exhausting trying to handle everything on your own.
I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress, helping you feel more supported, understood, and able to move forward with confidence.

Factors to Consider When Choosing a Postpartum Therapist in Little Rock
Searching for postpartum therapists in Little Rock starts with finding someone whose training matches what you want support with. Postpartum concerns can include postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, birth-related stress, identity shifts, and relationship strain. As you compare therapists, look for listed experience in perinatal mental health, maternal mental health, or postpartum support. A PMH-C credential can also signal specialized training in perinatal mental health care.
In Little Rock, your search may include therapists near home, work, or a pediatrician’s office, along with virtual options across Arkansas. For new parents, virtual care can make it easier to attend sessions around infant care, physical recovery, and changing schedules. You can also narrow your search by appointment availability, whether a therapist is accepting new clients, and whether a free phone consultation is offered. Reading therapist bios can help you understand their communication style, specialties, and what sessions may be like before you book.
Postpartum therapy in Little Rock can be a significant investment without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs. Headway helps you find therapists who match your preferences, may accept many insurance plans, and are available for new clients. You can enter your insurance details to see estimated costs before booking, then review profiles and schedule directly when you’re ready.
