I am a highly experienced mental health professional with over 31 years of practice in diagnosing and prescribing medication for depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, and attention deficits. My primary focus is on stabilizing your mood and helping you achieve a better quality of life.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, and I'm deeply passionate about supporting women through life’s major transitions- especially perimenopause and menopause.
Perimenopause is a common experience, yet so many women feel entirely unprepared for how disruptive symptoms such as mood shifts, brain fog and insomnia can be. Infertility, post-partum adjustments and parenting can also present unique challenges. My goal is to help you move through these transitions with growth, empowerment and vibrancy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctorate in Social Work, and I bring both clinical expertise and real life understanding into the therapy space. My professional background includes years of direct clinical practice as well as leadership roles in complex, high stress systems, including serving as a Mental Health Director. These experiences have shaped my ability to support individuals who are navigating pressure, responsibility, and emotional overwhelm while still being expected to function at a high level.
I work best with clients who are strong on the outside but struggling internally. Many of the people I support are women, mothers, professionals, caregivers, and helpers who are used to showing up for others while neglecting their own emotional needs. I have a particular passion for working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, identity concerns, and trauma related to past or ongoing stressors.
Therapy with me is not about having all the answers. It is about learning how to trust yourself, set healthy boundaries, and show up for your life with more compassion and confidence.
You can’t break out of a cage you’re still trying to decorate. I’ve been many people’s 4th/5th/8th/9th therapist and been told they felt like something finally clicked for them. I care about it clicking. My approach is based on self-compassion and living an integrated life. Even if you’re motivated to change, it’s still hard because negative events can shape beliefs about the world and ourselves that we often don’t even realize we hold. So we start with self-compassion, and then work on trying to bring our actions into alignment with our goals. I’ve been a therapist for over a decade now, and I promise – self-compassion is the move.
My passion is helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions across the lifespan. I support those facing challenges in young adulthood, work stress, self-confidence struggles, impostor syndrome, relationship and family conflict, parenting, retirement, and the search for meaning at every stage of life. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Hi, I'm Ann; a license Social Worker with 6+ years of experience specializing in counseling clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and parenting.
Life can contain joy and grief at the same time. It can be ordinary one moment and overwhelming the next. The same world that gives us friendship, love, discovery, laughter, and meaning also exposes us to loss, uncertainty, disappointment, and change. Those experiences don't cancel each other out; they coexist.
I can meet you where you are in this moment using therapeutic frameworks. I am an artist, gardener and a lover of the natural world. The sight of a hummingbird makes my heart full. I believe finding beauty in the world and being grateful for it is one way to find and sustain happiness or satisfaction in a world that can be pretty disappointing at times.
I work hard to be clinically informed and Christ centered in all that I do with my clients.
With nearly 15 years of practice, I support women, immigrants, and multiracial clients through the complexities of relationships, work, identity, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I offer specialized support for adult TCKs (Third Culture Kids) navigating identity fragmentation, assimilation, and belonging, and am also a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) provider.
Hello! I'm Niamh ( pronounced Neve). I work with dreamers, perfectionists, those that feel stuck or unheard, underappreciated or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are pregnant or in the postpartum period. I also work with many clients that work in the tech industry, college students, therapists, aviation professionals, authors, and artists. The issues that my clients primarily have are related to depression, anxiety, burn-out and relationship stress.
Hi, I’m Ozzie (Ohh-Zee) —a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 26 years of experience in healthcare. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and more.
In my practice, I strive to create a warm and collaborative environment where you feel heard and supported. My approach blends therapy and medication management, always tailored to your unique needs and goals. I’m here to help you navigate your journey toward healing and to help you feel more like your true self.
