Hello! My name is Megan Hilton, and I am an LPC mental health counselor. I obtained my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University in March of 2023, where I began seeing clients and gaining experience. I specialized in child and adolescent therapy while in school and have continued working with youths between 5 - 18 years old. I attended therapy myself as a child and adolescent and feel my personal experience has allowed me to better understand my younger clients. I have also gained experience working with adults through individual, couples, and family counseling.
Hello and Welcome! If you are seeking results, you have come to the right place! I am Heidi Ross, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio and Licensed Professional Clinical Candidate in the state of Colorado.
A little about me. I received my Bachelor of Psychology in 2000 and my Master of Education in Community Counseling in 2002 from the University of Akron. For 9 years, I provided therapeutic counseling services to children and adults in outpatient, home-based, and school-based settings. For the past 11 years, I have provided outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all ages, in person and via telehealth, in a private practice setting.
I am a very diverse therapist who feels it is very important to meet clients where they are at. I have an open-door policy regarding client population. We are all in this life together and may need assistance to get through! I provide high-quality care to older teens, adults, and couples in need through the convenience of telehealth. “It is my mission to help others help themselves, and to help them get through life’s obstacles!"
My priority is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. With over 40 years in healthcare—including service as a former Navy Nurse Corps Officer and retired military veteran—I bring values of resilience, trust, and teamwork into every therapeutic relationship. I view care as a partnership and work to empower you to take an active role in your mental health.

Hello, I'm Liz! I have over 5 years of experience working inpatient, outpatient, and varying levels of severity. I enjoy getting to know people and be an extra ear to their troubles. I can be sarcastic at times, and consider myself a person talking to people!
When people begin therapy, they're often carrying more than anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles, they're carrying years of trying to make sense of experiences that have shaped how they see themselves and the world. My goal isn't simply to help you feel better; it's to help you understand yourself differently. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the healing process. While I draw from several evidence-based approaches, I prioritize connection over modality. Research consistently shows that the relationship between therapist and client is one of the strongest predictors of successful outcomes.
I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely known, challenged, and supported. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use, grief, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, or a major life transition, we'll work together to understand not only what is happening, but why.
My hope is that therapy helps you move away from shame and self-criticism and toward greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and a life that feels aligned with your values.
I'm Kathryn Konicek, founder and owner of Evolve Therapy & Consulting. I am dedicated to helping you cultivate the life you want—without judgment. Seriously, fuck judgment! Whether you're navigating intense life transitions, or recovering from trauma, I work to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are, with all the messy, real parts of your story.
