I believe we’re all doing the best we can, and that belief guides my work as a therapist. I care deeply about people and feel honored to be someone you can bring the hard things to. I’m down-to-earth, professional, and shaped by a diverse background that led me to counseling as my life’s work.
Hello! My name is Kathy Reynolds. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas. I have a Telehealth private practice in Rogers, AR. I graduated from Harding University in 2009 and have over 25 years' experience in the mental health care field. I specialize in Domestic Violence, High Conflict Relationships, Grief, PTSD, and Trauma therapy. I work with older adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My approach with therapy is CBT with some EMDR techniques as well as systems therapy to assist families as a whole. If you are struggling and questioning where to turn, why not set up an appointment with me and together let's empower you to reach your highest potential. I am excited to come along with you on the journey to reach your best self.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or trying to manage the effects of past trauma while also navigating relationships or family challenges. It can feel exhausting trying to handle everything on your own.
I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress, helping you feel more supported, understood, and able to move forward with confidence.
I'm M.J. I am an affirming ally who will support you on your unique path. I have been licensed as a professional counselor since 2012; obtained a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling from Oklahoma State University in 2007; worked with a variety of people in outpatient and social services settings.
My goal is to meet you where you are in life and help you make the transformation you want. I truly believe everyone has the strength to make the changes they want in their life.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience helping adults navigate some of the harder things life brings — anxiety, PTSD, OCD, grief, bipolar disorder, maternal mental health, infertility, eating disorders, and chronic illness, among others. I work with adults of all backgrounds and I'm fully LGBTQIA+-affirming. I see all of my clients via telehealth, which means if you're anywhere in Arkansas, we can work together — no commute, no waiting room. I'm warm and I'm direct, and I don't believe in keeping you in therapy longer than you need to be.

Find the right LGBTQ-friendly therapy provider for you
Headway makes it easier to connect with affirming therapists who understand your identity — from finding the right therapist, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Factors to Consider When Choosing a Therapist in Little Rock
Finding an LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist in Little Rock starts with identifying what kind of support you need. Whether you're looking for help with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, gender identity, or something specific to your experience as an LGBTQIA+ person, a provider with affirming training can make a meaningful difference. Look for licensed professionals — such as LPCs, LCSWs, psychologists, or psychiatrists — who have specific experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and who create a space where your identity is respected, not questioned.
In a smaller metro area like Little Rock, the number of local affirming providers may feel limited compared to larger cities. Virtual sessions can expand your options significantly, connecting you with licensed providers across Arkansas who specialize in LGBTQIA+ care. Consider what matters most to you beyond specialty — whether that's a provider's therapeutic approach, their availability, or whether they offer in-person or virtual sessions.
Therapy in Little Rock can be expensive out of pocket, but using your in-network insurance benefits is one of the most reliable ways to reduce costs. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs before you book, and many patients pay as low as $0 per visit. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, making it easier to find an affirming provider who fits both your needs and your budget.
