Welcome! I'm Dr. Ben Osevwe, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than 22 years of experience in mental health care, including over 4.5 years as a PMHNP. I work with adolescents and adults ages 12 through 90, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. Mental health care shouldn't feel rushed, intimidating, or like you're checking boxes. I believe the best outcomes happen when patients feel comfortable being honest, asking questions, and actively participating in their care. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide personalized, evidence-based treatment while remembering that you're much more than a diagnosis. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
I know that you expected your life to be fulfilling and enjoyable, but instead you just feel tired, discouraged, anxious, and stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. Maybe you avoid conflict in your marriage just to keep the peace, going through the motions in public while feeling disconnected in private. Or perhaps the weight of stress, a job you don’t enjoy, or a sense of being stuck has drained the energy and meaning from your life.
Deep down, you want to laugh again, feel close to your partner, and truly be teammates instead of adversaries. You don’t have to settle for this version of your life or your marriage—change is possible, and something better is within reach.
