Hi, I’m Asajnae Mercadel, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in healthcare. My background in nursing has given me a strong foundation in understanding both the physical and emotional aspects of patient care. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and sleep-related concerns. It's not easy starting therapy and investing time in yourself, but you've already done the first step! My experience has primarily been focused in clients with eating disorders and co-occurring diagnoses. With that said, I also have extensive experience working with relationship challenges, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidality. I generally like to pull from my knowledge of various therapy modalities such as DBT, CBT, FBT and EFFT. I also really enjoy self-compassion work. Your goals are always my top priority, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy live music, spending time with friends, and hanging out with my dogs, Nala and Toni. These personal interests help me stay grounded and bring balance to my life, which I believe is crucial for overall well-being.

Dr. Adolf Malik, DNP, APRN, completed his master’s degree at the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, followed by a post-master’s and a doctoral degree in nursing practice at Winston-Salem State University, NC. He also completed a post-doctoral degree in psychiatric mental health practice at Frontier Nursing University. He is board-certified in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry; a Family Nurse Practitioner, a DOT Medical Examiner, and a SAMHSA (X-Waiver) addiction provider.

I am Dr. Iman Yunis, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall quality of life. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, and other mental health challenges.

I’m Zsuzsanna (“Zsuzsi”) Balogh, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a doctoral degree from Seattle University. I provide outpatient psychiatric care for adolescents and adults, with a focus on accurate diagnosis, evidence-based medication management, and supportive therapy. My background includes outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatry, eating-disorder treatment, substance-use recovery, foster care and disability services, and experience with TMS. Clients often describe my style as thoughtful, calm, and collaborative.

Dr. Idowu Oshokoya DNP is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Chicago, IL. He works with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and provides care for patients who are battling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bipolars, and other mental disorders. Idowu studied at Walden University, He has extensive training and 10 years of experience with behavioral health.
