Do you have feelings of worry that interfere with your daily activities? I specialize in treating individuals with Trauma, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and other mental health disorders. I use evidence-based techniques so that you can overcome the things holding you back. Let's work together!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus on the psychological, social and cultural needs of my patients as we work collaboratively to formulate a treatment plan. I value providing empathetic, kind, and culturally sensitive care, and medication management if indicated. I like to meet each patient where they are in their journey, and play my part towards reaching mutually formulated goals.

What you can expect from our first session

As my client, you can expect a listening ear, empathy, and a no-judgment zone while facilitating your healing and ultimately, improving your mental wellness and being. Additionally, you can expect an individualized treatment plan and high-quality care.
