I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University, SUNY (2012). I am trained and have been certified as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (2021). I am certified in Yoga RYT-200(2014), and in Reiki 1 and 2 (2012).

I have been a clinical social worker for 6 years, and love this work. I specialize in grief, confidence issues, major life transitions, and trauma, and want to meet every individual with respect, warmth, and optimism. I have a master's degree in Sociology from Columbia University and a social work degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I love dogs, yoga, improv, and art!
At my core, I am a humanist, existentialist, and a proponent of unconditional self-compassion.
