Hello! I'm Niamh ( pronounced Neve). I work with dreamers, perfectionists, those that feel stuck or unheard, underappreciated or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are pregnant or in the postpartum period. I also work with many clients that work in the tech industry, college students, therapists, aviation professionals, authors, and artists. The issues that my clients primarily have are related to depression, anxiety, burn-out and relationship stress.

I specialize in neurodevelopmental conditions (like autism, ADHD, learning disabilities), and executive functioning skills- focusing, managing emotions, problem solving, and more. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in WA, NY, NM, and AZ. With 18 years of dedicated experience in psychiatry, I bring a unique, deeply grounded perspective to your care. I’m Zsuzsanna (“Zsuzsi”) Balogh, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a doctoral degree from Seattle University. I provide outpatient psychiatric care for adolescents and adults, with a focus on accurate diagnosis, evidence-based medication management, and supportive therapy. My background includes outpatient mental health clinics, inpatient psychiatry, eating-disorder treatment, substance-use recovery, foster care and disability services, and experience with TMS.
