I am licensed to practice professional counseling in Florida and Missouri with a specialty in addictions and co-occurring disorders. I have been assisting clients since 2011, but in recent years my primary focus is with adults ages 18 and older.

I am a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Outside of my clinical work, I am an animal lover with three dogs and four cats who bring a lot of joy and big personalities to me and my family's home.

I enjoy beach vibes, watching the waves, listening to the sound of the ocean, and the calm it brings.

I am a passionate follower of college sports, and a lifelong fan of the Texas Longhorns — "Hook ’em Horns."

I'm Lourdes Conde, LMHC, LPC, a licensed therapist in Florida and Oregon with 10 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, grief, and major life transitions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping people heal from life’s difficulties. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am certified as a PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator which allows me to assess and help couples identify their relationship strengths, gain understanding about the underlying dynamics that influence their communication, and then help couples develop skills to improve their growth areas.

Dr. Zaidi is Triple Board Certified in Psychiatry/Neurology, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He has encompassed more than thirty years of extensive and diverse experience in the field of Child, Adolescent & Family Psychiatry. Dr. Zaidi was responsible for the management of a Monmouth Medical Center Children’s Crisis Intervention Service staff and operations; establishing patient services for adolescents, including day and overnight hospitalization; and supervision of multidisciplinary staff in various settings. Dr. Zaidi served as a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Department of Psychiatry at the Drexel School of Medicine. As a Site Director for Psychiatry, he provided supervision and training of medical students and pediatric residents on rotation at Monmouth Medical Center for Drexel School of Medicine and the Physicians Assistants Program from UMDNJ and Seton Hall. Dr. Zaidi has seen children, adolescents, and adults in private practice for over a decade. Dr. Zaidi is certified by the Board of Education to conduct psychiatric evaluations for school districts for Monmouth and surrounding counties.
