Before being a counselor, I was a Social Worker providing services to elderly population. I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and am Certified Prepare Enrich Facilitator to provide couples’ therapy. As a passionate Mental Health Counselor, I strive to provide a safe therapeutic environment in which my clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. I encourage wellness and promote the integration of body, mind, and spirit to achieve a healthy life. To help and guide you in your therapeutic process I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Eclectic Therapy.
