My passion is helping people navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions across the lifespan. I support those facing challenges in young adulthood, work stress, self-confidence struggles, impostor syndrome, relationship and family conflict, parenting, retirement, and the search for meaning at every stage of life. It is actually difficult to say what my "ideal client" would be- an individual who is willing to look at the hard and scary stuff- face it- grow from it- put it beside them and no longer allow it to be what they see the world through. They desire to increase their self-awareness and make changes based on their increased self-awareness- thus finding more comfort in their own skin.

I provide a safe, supportive space for individuals. We negotiate together how to optimize your experience of living life, your relationships, your work, and we continue to build on that. I believe that we all have the capacity to heal and build the life that we want to live.
