Hello, I welcome you to reach out on your mental health journey, whether you are just getting started, or selecting a new provider. I enjoy learning from my patients in order to build our therapeutic alliance. I have a background working with children, teens and adults in a multitude of settings. I have more than 25 years experience in working with people who are neurodivergent. I can provide behavior therapy as well. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, I’m Kyoko (pronounced Ke-o-ko) and yes, I know my name may take a couple of tries! I believe therapy should be a space where you can be your whole, imperfect, wonderfully complicated self. I’m not the therapist who believes you have to sit on a couch while I wear a suit and nod seriously at everything you say. In fact, you probably won’t catch me wearing one. I believe there is room for honesty, hard conversations, growth, and even laughter in therapy.
That philosophy is part of the heart behind Konfetti & Spaghetti Therapy. Life can be beautiful, exciting, and worth celebrating, like confetti. And sometimes, it can feel like a completely tangled bowl of spaghetti. My job isn’t to judge the mess; it’s to help you untangle it.
I believe healing is revolutionary. Choosing to understand yourself, break unhealthy patterns, process what you've been through, and create a life that feels more authentic to you takes courage. Therapy doesn't have to be uptight or boring to be meaningful. Expect real conversations, practical tools, a little humor, and a therapist who will meet you where you are.
You don't have to have it all figured out before you come to therapy. Just come as you are and we'll figure out the rest together.

I believe that healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a space where you don't have to have all the answers or pretend everything is okay you can simply show up as you are.
My path to becoming a therapist began at a young age. I earned my bachelor's degree in Education before completing my Master of Social Work at Baylor University and becoming a Social Worker. My background in both education and clinical social work allows me to understand how life's experiences, relationships, and environments shape who we are while helping clients develop practical, meaningful strategies for change.
I founded LyricsHeart Services because I wanted to build a practice centered on compassion, connection, and hope. The name "LyricsHeart" was inspired by my dog, Lyric, whose unconditional love and comfort reminded me of the profound impact that being present for someone can have. After experiencing the grief of losing Lyric, I gained an even deeper appreciation for the ways loss, love, and resilience shape our lives. Those experiences continue to influence how I show up for my clients, with empathy, authenticity, and the belief that healing is possible even after life's most difficult moments.
Today, I primarily work with adults, young adults, and kids navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight that can come from trying to hold everything together. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I don't believe therapy is about "fixing" you, it's about helping you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and build the tools you need to move forward with confidence.
Whether you're facing a major life transition, processing a loss, or simply looking for a place where you can breathe and be yourself, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Welcome! Whether you're an athlete, performer, and high-achieving individual seeking to improve both mental wellness and performance or navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create lasting change. Factors to Consider When Choosing an Anxiety Therapist in Victoria, TX
Searching for therapists in Victoria starts with finding someone whose experience matches what you want to work on. Therapists may support concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, work stress, or life transitions. As you compare Victoria therapists, look for listed specialties, therapy approaches, and experience with concerns similar to yours. A therapist’s bio can help you understand how they structure sessions, what areas they focus on, and whether their style seems like a fit.
In a smaller city like Victoria, local appointment options may vary by schedule, specialty, and office location. Virtual therapy can expand your options while still letting you work with a therapist licensed in Texas. As you narrow your search, consider whether you prefer in-person or virtual sessions, what appointment times fit your calendar, and whether a therapist is accepting new patients. Reading profiles before booking can also help you compare communication style, session format, and whether a free phone consultation is available.
Therapy in Victoria can be a significant expense without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs and understand what you may pay before care begins. Headway helps you find therapists, check estimated out-of-pocket costs before booking, and choose from therapists who are accepting new patients. Insurance coverage varies by plan and location, and you can enter your insurance details on Headway to confirm what may be available in Victoria. You can browse therapists in Victoria, review bios, and book directly when you’re ready.
