That experience shaped my approach to psychiatric care and continues to guide the way I support each person. I’m a warm, solution-focused, and person-centered therapist who values direct and authentic communication. My approach is grounded in respect and collaboration, working with clients to navigate challenges and build meaningful change. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing psychosis, OCD, and autism, and also have expertise in ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, BPD, and suicidal ideation. I work with clients across a range of concerns, including grief, relationship struggles, men’s and women’s issues, and PTSD. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
When working with clients, I try to create a safe, non-judgmental space that will allow them to honestly share what is going on. I believe that our work together is a partnership, so I respect your feelings, beliefs, opinions and process. I am versatile in evidence-based practice methods, including EMDR and Motivational Interviewing, to help bring you clarity and relief.
I work with adolescents and adults who want more than just healing and coping-I help folks connect the dots for how to live a more successful and joyful life. About half of my practice is focused on performance psychology, while the other half focuses on overcoming depression, trauma, and anxiety. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, driven, and curious. They're not only looking to feel better-they want to know why they feel the way they do. As I often say: descriptions can validate, but explanations heal. Together, we connect the dots between your experiences, patterns, and goals in order to thrive.
