You've done the work to get sober. But some things are still coming up. I help people in recovery who got sober but still feel something unresolved finally process what's underneath so recovery feels complete. You've worked the steps, rebuilt your life, and yet there's something underneath that hasn't shifted. Maybe it's stuff from before the drinking started, or things that happened during. I use EMDR to help process what's stuck in the nervous system so recovery can feel complete. We'll work with your program yet reach what talk therapy and stepwork can't fully resolve. I've got 22 years sober and in recovery myself, so I get it.
