I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with many years experience. I earned my Masters in Counseling Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy in 2007. I am open-minded, supportive, flexible and patient. I am certified in Hypnotherapy, Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (a cutting-edge research-based treatment for PTSD) and am an Anxiety Treatment Specialist. I am also trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT).

I am a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. My focus is on working with children and their families to address relational and developmental issues, as well as trauma, anxiety, and behavioral/emotional difficulties.

I love what I do. I've been providing therapy in various settings for over 4 years, and I bring a direct but very human style to the therapy room. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and I love working with Adult ADHD, folks in recovery from substance use, and women who might be struggling with anxiety and depression and just the general overwhelm of life and putting one foot in front of the other.
