I have extensive training in trauma-informed care and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP). I specialize in working with individuals ages 12 and older navigating trauma, abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, self-harm, LGBTQIA+ related issues, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and self-esteem.

My approach blends evidence-based techniques (like EMDR and CBT) with genuine compassion—because therapy shouldn’t feel cold or clinical.

After earning my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, I worked in various settings including: private practice, domestic violence centers, hospitals, elementary to high school education, on-call crisis, detention and rehabilitation centers, specializing in women's and men's health, survivors of trauma, LGBTQ+ folks, or high-achievers battling burnout. I became EMDR-trained in response to the Pulse Night Club Tragedy in Orlando.

Jackie completed dual graduate programs at Frontier Nursing University. She achieved a master's degree in nursing and gained certifications in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Treating all mental health issues for ages 6 and above.
