Richard Fincke, BRE, MS, LMHC, Fl. Qualified Supervisor; is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Trauma, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Bipolar Disorder and ADHD. He works with individuals, couples and families. Richard is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Richard has over 30 years of experience working with individuals, children, adolescents and adults in the community as a Clinical Case Manager for the homeless in Tampa Fl., in residential dual diagnosis programs with Volunteers of America of Florida as an Independent Living Counselor and Program Specialist and as an intern Counselor with Bay-Care Behavioral health and as a Clinician/ Discharge Planner for an In Patient Psychiatric Hospital and for over 30 years Richard has served as an Ordained Minister and Christian Counselor in various church ministries.

About Christian Counseling. Richard is a Christian who counsels with a background in theology and Christian Counseling and a Masters in Science in Mental Health Care. He is currently working on a PhD in Neuropsychology and maintains a strong emphasis in counseling focused on the neuro biologically influenced brain and how neuro biology- nature and environmental -nurture affects each person uniquely. Christian Counseling is offered by request but no faith or spiritual beliefs are forced or pushed on any client seen by Richard Fincke, LMHC.
