Nicolas received his B.A. in psychology from James Madison University in Virginia and his M.S. in Counselor Education-Clinical Mental Health Counseling Track, from Florida International University. He spent over 15 years working with youth and families in the Juvenile Justice Systems in Virginia and Florida before entering into private practice. During that time, he occupied positions in both residential and outpatient settings including serving as a clinical supervisor to multiple teams of therapists operating in Miami-Dade and Broward county.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Houston. I specialize in helping adults and older adults navigate workplace stress, family challenges, and emotional wellbeing. My areas of focus include career burnout, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, intimate partner violence, divorce, caregiving stress, and cross-cultural adjustment.

Hi! I'm Hailey! I work with people who are overwhelmed by daily life, relationships, and academic work. I have worked extensively with people who are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and unmotivated. I have experience working with Moms who are pregnant or postpartum and are having a hard time balancing life's demands. Together, we will practice skill-building in our sessions to help you feel comfortable while working to reach your goals. We can build routines, establish academic strategies, navigate relationships and difficult conversations, while learning and practicing coping skills. Therapy can be hard; together we can create a life you want to live and enjoy. My job is to empower you to discover your own strength and reach your goals!

As a therapist for 8 years, I believe anything can be accomplished through the right therapeutic approach. It is not about fitting a client into a mold but creating a mold that fits the client. Through this journey, the client is the artist, sculptor, and visionary that recreates the new and repairs the old.
