Through creative telehealth sessions using interactive activities, screen sharing, and games, I help children build coping skills, confidence, and resilience in an engaging way. I also partner closely with parents and caregivers to support lasting progress at home and at school while fostering a trusting environment where children feel safe expressing themselves within the boundaries of confidentiality.
