Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a heart for supporting individuals through the transformative journey of parenthood. Specializing in perinatal mental health, I provide compassionate, bilingual therapy to help you navigate the emotional highs and lows of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. With a degree from Rutgers University and years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, I understand that every journey is unique.

I received both my Bachelors and Masters degrees from Central Michigan University. I have worked in hospital settings as well as private practice. I have had great success with the virtual format and am thankful for such ease for my clients to have sessions without the trouble of travel. I work primarily with teens and women, working to build skills to manage a variety of snuggles.

My practice style is open minded, solution focused, and direct to the point. I love to help any individual from a humanistic point of view. I am extremely empathetic, love to be honest and being honest with my patients is key in my every day practice.

I primarily treat patients experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as conditions such as OCD, ADHD, and mood disorders. My approach is holistic, addressing the physiological, cognitive, and emotional aspects of mental health to support overall well-being.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Central Florida, I am committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Erica Graduated from Walden University, specializing in Psychiatry. She has over 10 years of nursing experience mostly in the field of psychiatry. Mental health has been her passion for several year. She wants to help eliminate the negative stigma associated with mental health.

I have my Master of Social Work from New York University and have worked in Social Services and Behavioral Healthcare for more than 26 years between New York City and Philadelphia. I offer individual therapy to support my clients in their work to live their best lives, whatever that means to them. I have experience working in inpatient psychiatry and outpatient counseling.
