Great to meet you!

In my decade of clinical experience in maternal and child health, I learned that motherhood is not always joy and happiness. There are many factors that can negatively affect motherhood, causing a chain of emotional problems for the caregiver and putting children's healthy development at risk. I can help you nurture your emotional and behavioral well-being, as it is essential in reducing emotional difficulties and overcoming life's challenges to lead a healthier life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Emotional problems, such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and stress are very common in all stages of life but can be treated. Using CBT and IPT strategies, I can support you change unhelpful thinking, face concerns or/and fears, learn coping skills, develop a greater sense of confidence, and improve your functioning and interaction with others.

What you can expect from our first session

I invite you not to suffer alone and to give yourself the opportunity to talk about problems and difficult feelings, learn coping techniques, find a way to start feeling like yourself again, and delight in moments of connection while balancing meeting your needs and those of your loved ones. You have the power to feel better and I can help you discover it.
