Hi there, I'm glad you have located me on Headway. I enjoy meeting new people and learning what makes them unique. I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and heard. Setting up a consultation is easy to do so lets get started.
You deserve a space where you can say the hard thing out loud and not be judged for it. Whether you're a man who was never taught how to talk about any of this, someone rebuilding after alcohol or substance use, carrying grief you haven't had room to feel, or living with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, or stress that never fully switches off, you can bring it here and we'll work with it.
Outside of work I'm watching sports and playing basketball. I also appreciate time at the beach.
I support adults facing relationship pain, life transitions, anxiety, and identity shifts. Having lived through betrayal and rebuilt my own life, I understand these experiences from the inside out. I believe the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself. Together, we focus on finding the answers so the next step feels possible.
"Support for the woman who constantly cares for others. If you feel overwhelmed and stretched thin, I’m here to help you regain your balance and well-being."
My calling to this work comes from my own experience of holding everything in, carrying the weight of caring for others, and hiding my own exhaustion. For a long time, I understood what it meant to keep going even when I needed a break, to put others' needs before my own, and to believe I had to handle everything on my own.
Through my own growth and continued practice, I have learned the importance of self-care, self-compassion, and giving myself permission to slow down. I've learned that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, and that taking a break does not mean I'm falling behind.
These experiences have deepened my passion for helping other women who find themselves caught in the same cycle of giving, doing, and carrying-while quietly putting their own needs last. I believe you can care deeply for the people you love without losing yourself in the process.
Are you navigating grief, chronic illness or a rare disease, or a major life transition? Maybe you grew up in a family impacted by addiction, conflict, or instability, and want to explore how those experiences are showing up in your life today. These experiences can shape your boundaries, self-worth, and sense of responsibility for others—often influencing relationships, personal growth, and even physical health. In therapy, we’ll explore how your past and present connect, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin to shift patterns that no longer serve you—so you can move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
Hi, I’m Casey. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and the founder of Nexus Psychiatric Services, I built this practice for people seeking exceptional clinical care from an approachable, down-to-earth provider.
My professional foundation comes from my years of experience in the acute inpatient psychiatric setting. Navigating these high-intensity settings taught me to bring calming stability to those who are struggling, and I carry that into every outpatient telehealth visit. Today, my practice supports adults, adolescents, and children ages 6 and up through the everyday challenges that arrive when living with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Beyond general psychiatric care, I offer a deep clinical commitment to neurodivergent individuals and those suffering from identity issues. Whether you are feeling exhausted by life, exploring your identity, or trying to help your child thrive, you are welcome to show up to our sessions exactly as you are.
With over forty-five years of experience, I have worked with a wide range of people, from young adults navigating early adulthood to older individuals managing major transitions. I support clients with relationship issues, affective disorders, addiction, work-life balance, vocational challenges, and complex problems that come with being human. My continuing education across these areas gives me knowledge, while my outgoing, active, and engaging style brings enthusiasm to every session. I show up fully, and I expect us to do real work together.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth care for adults throughout Florida. With over 8 years of nursing experience, I offer supportive and personalized care for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, with bilingual services available in English and Spanish.
