Hi, I'm Tanya! As humans, I believe it is our deepest need to feel seen and heard. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’m here to support you by identifying and challenging limiting beliefs; likely blocking you from living your most joyful life. I've helped my clients work through grief, chronic worry or insecurity, life transitions, and self-development. I also have unique experience supporting caregivers or loved ones of a person with a memory impairment.

I view my clients as resilient, courageous individuals willing to admit they are struggling, and view therapy as the ultimate act of self-care. Like others in this line of work, I have endured my own share of trauma and adversity. My resilience and devotion to self-development is evident; empowering my clients to access and acknowledge their grief with compassion, as a means to healing. Together, we'll determine your goals and create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

I passionately provide my clients with the emotional safety to explore and express themselves, by incorporating body-based strategies like meditation, breathwork, journaling and yoga! am familiar with the fear present when asking for help, and I'll support you every step of the way.
