Although I work with clients of all ages, I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. I am committed to instilling hope in the lives of clients and their families. I began my professional life as an actress and gather learning from that career to use therapeutically. I am creative, playful and eclectic in my approach. I graduated Naropa University MA in Transpersonal Counseling with a focus on Art Therapy. Colorado Counseling for addictions training.

I have over 20 years of experience, I have extensive experience and training in the treatment of- anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, divorce, parenting issues, adoption, LGBT issues, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, solutions focused therapy, pilot/aviation specific concerns, spiritually inclusive practice, perimenopausal/menopausal support and more!
