My name is Shannon Hansen, MS, LMFT. I work with adult individuals, couples, and a variety of relational dynamics, offering a warm, compassionate yet unconventional therapy environment. In addition to teletherapy, I offer equine assisted psychotherapy and nature-based therapy for those who are wanting a more engaging therapeutic experience. I love offering a safe space to metaphorically, and literally, get messy in the deep dive of gaining a better understanding of the human experience. I've been in private practice for over 20 years and I love my work! I specialize in couples, parenting, anxiety, low confidence, and psychedelic integration therapy.

I have over 20 years of experience, I have extensive experience and training in the treatment of- anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, divorce, parenting issues, adoption, LGBT issues, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, solutions focused therapy, pilot/aviation specific concerns, spiritually inclusive practice, perimenopausal/menopausal support and more!

My goal is to provide you with a safe, emotional space where you will feel comfortable, relaxed and know that you are being heard. I want you to be able to express yourself freely without any fear of judgement. Healing takes place when you are able to be open, honest and vulnerable. Throughout my practice, it has been an honor to help facilitate extraordinary transformation in the lives of my clients. Hi! I'm, Justin Landen. I am a licensed therapist in Colorado. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Nature-Based Therapy from Naropa University in Boulder, CO. I embrace an integrative therapy style which is highly adaptive, goal-focused, and designed to be tailored specifically for you session-to-session.

I have been in practice over 20 years. As a young man struggling with depression and anxiety, therapy saved my life. My lifes purpose is to pay back the favor and help those who continue to suffer. I have extensive experience with chronic pain, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationships.

I work with every client as a unique individual. Rather than looking at what is “wrong” with a client, I focus on the inherent health of the individual. I believe many behaviors, feelings, and styles were at one point a healthy and creative adjustment to a difficult situation.
