My mission is to help women shift their mindset to become more positive, mindful, confident, and overall, mentally healthy. I have worked as a therapist for over 28 years and through the years I have incorporated the techniques and strategies that I have found most beneficial into my therapeutic practice. Drawing from my personal and professional experiences, I help women overcome their life challenges by guiding them to develop a more positive mindset.
A bit about my approach to therapy
Having a positive mental mindset may not come naturally to some and reciting positive mantras may not be enough. Based on my personal and professional experiences, I understand the day-to-day life stressors that women encounter and how the feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression can be all consuming. Mental health wellness starts with a calm mindset and becoming aware of the thought patterns that do not serve you. However, when your body is feeling unsettled so is your mind.
What you can expect from our first session
I strongly believe that your mental health affects your physical health and if you are not mentally healthy, then your physical health will also suffer. When your mind and body are working harmoniously together, you are ready to reach your full potential.
