I am a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed therapist who specializes in working with children, teens, and families. I have extensive experience supporting clients with autism, adhd, anxiety, big emotions, and challenging behaviors. I also enjoy providing parent support and coaching.

As a parent of 2 neurodivergent children, I bring both professional expertise and lived empathy to my work. I offer telehealth (primary) in-home, and community-based sessions so I can meet clients where they feel most comfortable.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist. My approach to therapy is adaptable and largely dependent on the client's needs. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and I enjoy discovering unique approaches to mindfulness that are best suited to each individual client.

I have experience treating mood disorders, PTSD, gender transition, families, sleep issues, Autism, anger issues, men's issues, career counseling, life transitions, addiction, and grief. I am certified in Psychedelic Assisted therapy. I provide psychedelic integration sessions for clients following treatments.

My approach combines tangible tools, affirming and safe practices, as well as somatic exercises to navigate what is bringing you into therapy.
