I'm Setareh Sassani, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 151973), providing individual therapy in California via telehealth. I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, communication, and life transitions, helping clients build healthier relationships and live more fulfilling lives.
I have always had a deeply empathetic nature, a curious spirit, and a lifelong desire to help others. I began my journey by earning a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy at Philip’s Graduate University. I completed my training in a variety of settings, including a community counseling center; a substance abuse treatment facility, treating a dual-diagnosis, forensic population; and a foster care placement facility.

Also board certified in Ambulatory Care and have been caring for people with mental health issues in/out of the hospital for over 18 years.
