I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, PTSD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder and insomnia. I understand that every person's story is unique, and I believe that effective treatment begins with listening, understanding, and building s trusting therapeutic relationship.
Psychotherapy provides a safe place to discuss fears, thoughts, and difficult decisions we as humans must make during our journey in life. I believe we are capable of making life changes with the right tools. I am here to listen without judgement. I believe we all have a story to share. Being heard is one of the most important aspects of communication.
My passion is working with clients who have experienced some form of trauma in their lives. By sharing your story, we can begin to process the trauma from experience to a new understanding, while remaining in the present.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults. I have more than nine years of clinical experience across psychiatric care, correctional health, critical care, and medical-surgical nursing, which gives me a broad perspective when supporting clients with a wide range of mental health needs. I believe every client deserves to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
I began my career as a Fulbright Scholar, conducting research on traditional medicine in Sochi, Russia. I presented my work at the United States Embassy in Moscow, highlighting cross-cultural perspectives in healthcare and integrative practice.
After completing my grant, I attended New York University (NYU). I then completed a residency at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, Texas. I went on to earn my doctorate from the University of San Diego, California, where I focused on digital telehealth treatment for psychiatric care.
I am passionate about working with Veterans and individuals experiencing Depression, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders. In 2023, I completed CIIS training in psychedelic-assisted therapy. In 2025, I was among the first providers in Colorado and in the country to become licensed as a psilocybin facilitator.
Mental health has been a deeply personal passion of mine for most of my life — growing up with a family history of mental health challenges gave me an early understanding of how much the right support can change someone's life. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and I work with many clients who come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, and unsure of where to turn. What sets me apart is that I genuinely listen — not just to what you're saying, but to what's beneath it. Outside of my work, you can find me hiking, spending time at the beach, or getting lost in music, all of which remind me of the importance of balance and restoration, values I bring into my practice every day.
I am a dual Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in AZ and also WA state.
I have been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner for the past 13 years and have practiced in multiple areas.
