Stuck in survival mode? Crashing out? Riding the hot mess express? Maybe it is the first time sharing the deep, raw truth of your story... or maybe you’re tired of saying it over and over and feeling like other people don’t really “get” it. You don't have to pretend everything's okay or fit into a mold. I'm here for the real you. We can build your own personal path to healing. I help people do this by exploring thoughts, gaining insight, and developing tools to thrive.

I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood.
I have a passion for creating a collaborative, supportive environment for personal growth and healing. I believe that seeking therapy is a profound act of self-respect and care, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel truly heard and valued. I received both my Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. I have been in private practice for more than 10 years. Prior to private practice, my career began as an inpatient therapist on locked units at psychiatric facilities Cambridge Hospital (currently Sun Behavioral Hospital) and West Oaks Hospital. In addition to my inpatient work at West Oaks Hospital, I was a group facilitator with both adolescents and adults for the outpatient extension of the hospital: The Excel Center. My work at The Excel Center involved daily group therapy in both the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
Because of my work with the acute psychiatric population in intensive treatment settings, I am able to work as a generalist practitioner. I work with most issue from depression, anxiety, and OCD to trauma, addiction and relationships struggles... just to name a few.
My clients should know that I provide a calm, nonjudgemental space where they can show up exactly as they are. I understand how overwhelming anxiety, depression, and trauma can feel, and I approach each session with compassion and respect. I believe healing happens at your own pace, and I will walk alongside you as we work toward meaningful change.
I am here to help you meet your personal goals regarding your mental health.

If you're a man who wants to understand himself better and actually change the patterns keeping you stuck — not just talk about them — that's the work I do. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than five years of clinical experience supporting men through depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and addiction. While newly licensed in Texas, I bring substantial hands-on experience across private practices, clinics, and school-based settings. I believe therapy should give you more than insight: it should give you tools you can actually use.
I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. My approach is trauma‐informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion. I work collaboratively, at your pace, and without judgment. You can expect me to be honest, supportive, and consistent as we explore patterns, build skills, and work toward the life you want. My goal is to help you feel empowered, capable, and more connected to yourself and others. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful change.
