My name is Ammar Nazarali, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I received my Master’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and have over five years of experience providing therapy in private practice and working as a school social worker, where I provided therapy and support to students. I was born and raised in the United States as a second-generation immigrant with roots in East Africa and India. My background has given me a personal appreciation for how culture, identity, and belonging can shape the way we understand ourselves, our experiences, and our relationships.

I work with adults, couples, and teens, helping people untangle challenges that often feel overwhelming, interconnected, or hard to name. My background is both clinical and academic. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, along with graduate degrees in Philosophy and Sociology, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications. I’m also a doctoral candidate in Educational Psychology. This combination allows me to look at your concerns through emotional, relational, and systemic lenses—not just symptom-focused ones.

I specialize in trauma work, relationship therapy, and working with preteens and teens—who are often misunderstood but incredibly important to support early. I’ve trained in EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, Art Therapy, and Conflict & Dispute Resolution. Above all, I value creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported.

Laura Graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Master's Degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. She spent the beginning of my career in mental health working at an MHMR, as well as working with those struggling with addiction and eating disorders.

Shawn is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas with a passion for providing a high quality of services to individuals struggling with mental health disorders. Shawn earned her Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wayland Baptist University in 2009 and has worked diligently in the mental health field since that time.

My name is Bernard Kofi Marfo, a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Hope Psychiatry & Associates located in Frisco Texas. My practice is licensed in IA, AZ, & WA.
