Hello! I am a Licensed Practicing Counselor and Art Therapist here to help you navigate emotional hardships and invest in your mental health and well-being.

I have experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, groups, and couples. My techniques range from a variety of modalities including a person-centered approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. While working alongside my clients, I provide individualized treatment for a wide range of concerns.

Now taking in office clients Tuesday nights in San Antonio! Virtual clients Monday nights. I seek to help individuals heal on the threefold path: mind, body, and spirit. I work with clients with a variety of issues: addictions, anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, sexuality issues, mental wellness for management of depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and adjustment to major life transitions and decisions. I am of service to the LGBTQIAA+ community, Kink/fet ENM, poly, non religious, all walks of life off the beaten path are welcome here.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in providing therapeutic services to adults (18+) in individual, group, and couples formats. My foundational background with mental health services comes from my experience working in inpatient psychiatric settings with severe mental disorders and substance use/addiction. I am also fluently bilingual in Spanish.

I have been assisting individuals, couples, and families since the 80's. I consider myself a lifelong learner who blends evidence-based practice with wit and wisdom. I am licensed in Texas as a clinical social worker and chemical dependency counselor. I earned my master's degree from The University of Kansas in '96. My focus was administration and community mental health. I completed the MSW clinical practicum and seminar so that I can attest to using both sides of my brain. In my opinion, every problem has a solution. It would be my honor to assist you.

Hi! My name is Lenaida "Lennie" Rodriguez. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I work with children ages 12+, teens, individual adults, couples and families. Some speciality areas are couples work, grief and loss, substance abuse, perinatal mental health. I am bilingual and have a deep passion for assisting in enhancing the lives of others and empowering them to identify their strengths to overcome their personal obstacles.

I am originally from the Rio Grande Valley and moved to San Antonio to pursue my education and identify other areas of self growth. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University-San Antonio in Psychology. I continued my education and obtained a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, swimming, baking, and working on creative projects.
