I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 15 years of experience supporting adults. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, self-worth, and relationship challenges, and I also work with couples seeking stronger communication and connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and relational, creating a space where you can show up as you are.
