Hello and welcome! Seeking therapy takes a lot of courage and finding the right therapist is an important part of that process. I have experience working with adults facing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, severe mental illness, and problems with motivation and self-esteem.

I have an undergraduate and master's degree in social work. I am a licensed clinical social worker who obtained three years postmaster level supervision to obtain my license in order to practice mental health therapy independently. I love working with individuals to help make their lives more satisfying.

I have over 15 years of experience within the mental health field. I hold a PhD in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Education and Supervision. I am also a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in AR. I am also a Principal Investigator on many clinical trials for various companies.

I am open minded, kind, direct, and empowering. I encourage others to improve their skills.

I am a graduate of Arkansas Tech University and completed the Rehabilitation Counseling program through the University of Arkansas at Little Rock to obtain my Master's degree. I have worked in several positions that have allowed me to gain experience in helping those who suffer from drug addiction, mental illness, abuse survivors, and so much more. A few of the facilities I have worked with include Freedom House, Birchtree Communities, Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, and RPI (Real Practices Inc) all in the Russellville area. My biggest take-away from my experiences is that each person is different and there cannot be a "one-size fits all" when it comes to therapy and treatment. I enjoy getting to know a person as an individual and learning what that person needs in order to improve and be their best self.
