I have been in the field of Social Work for over 25 years. Over these years I have had the pleasure of working with adults and older adults dealing with everything from life transitions, depression, anxiety, and alcohol abuse to major mental illness and end of life issues. My background includes working with diverse populations in outpatient and community settings, which has given me a deep understanding of both complex mental health needs and everyday life stressors.

I specialize in supporting teens, adults, professionals, and parents who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, psychosis, and life transitions. My practice blends medication, therapy, and coaching to treat the whole person and create a personalized path toward stability and wellness.
