Hi! I am accepting new clients for the month of September both in person & online. My main focus areas are Grief, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, & ADHD. I am a Hispanic Bilingual therapist and see teens & adults. I have been working in the mental health field since 2020 in various settings such as psychiatric hospitals, community agencies, juvenile probation, shelters, and private practice. I love what I do; being of service to others, listening, understanding, and exploring together to find solutions.
Whether you're a parent worried about your child's emotional well-being, a teen feeling overwhelmed by school or relationships, or an adult navigating life's challenges, therapy can provide a place to better understand what's happening and find a way forward. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and everyday stress. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by situations that seem to keep repeating, unsure of how to help themselves or the people they love.
I am an advanced practice registered nurse who specializes in diagnosing, treating, and supporting individuals with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. Combining clinical expertise with a holistic, person‐centered approach,
I bring both clinical depth and genuine warmth to every therapeutic relationship. I earned my Master's in Counseling from St. Mary's University and have spent my career walking alongside adults navigating some of life's most challenging moments — anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, women's issues, and so much more. As a Hispanic woman, I understand firsthand the importance of feeling truly seen and understood by your therapist, and I am committed to creating a space where your full identity is honored and welcomed. I work with adults across Texas, and if any of this resonates, I would love to connect. Reaching out is the hardest step, and I will meet you with the same warmth I bring to every session.
“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
― Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning
I am a firm believer that life–even the best of lives– has moments of pain and suffering; however great or small. Some come to pass quickly and float away from our consciousness, while others stay with us, shape us, change our relationships and the way we see the world. The rest of our life is filled with moments dependent on how we cope with, process and accept those moments of pain or suffering.
I assist children, teens, young adults, and adults work through tough times and difficult emotions, life’s transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether it’s a child with big feelings and educational barriers, a teen feeling isolated and unsure of themselves, or an adult attempting to navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, or identity shifts - I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s going on and facilitate lasting change.
Hello, I'm Mojgan. If depression, anxiety, “overthinking” and past traumas are affecting you and your relationships, please know there is hope, and healing is possible. I offer a warm, respectful, and emotionally safe space where you can explore life’s challenges with understanding and compassion. Drawing on over 20 years of clinical experience, I work collaboratively with you to help deepen self-understanding, heal from past traumas, strengthen relationships, and navigate changes. Reaching out for the first time takes courage, and you do not need to have the right words for it yet. If any of this sounds like what you have been carrying, I would be glad to hear from you, and we can start wherever feels most comfortable for you.
20 Years of experience and 35 years of recovery experience in substance use and trauma work.
