Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 29 years of experience helping adults, children, and families transform their lives. I help clients cope with depression, anxiety, anger, coping skills issues, and past traumas. Together, we will clear the path toward your mental health goals, breaking down big obstacles into manageable steps. Your courage brought you here, and my expertise is here to support you the rest of the way. Let’s build the future you deserve.
My goal is to create a safe space where the superman cape, the mask, the facade that you've had to show the world can come down. That cape is really heavy.
I want to extend a special invitation to those in the helping professions: this is a safe place to discuss those crazy stories, and know you'll never feel judged or looked down on. As a former social worker, I can tell you I've seen my own share of the best and worst humanity has to offer. My dark sense of humor is a load-bearing structure.
It’s my pleasure to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Hypnotherapist and Coach. Seeking mental health is vital to becoming the best version of ourselves and self-care.
And today, you did it! There can never be anything wrong with how you have been feeling. It is your experience. I’ve been practicing for the past 20 years and I work with individuals, children, couples and groups. My focus is anxiety, depression, family management, couples and adjustment issues such as divorce, cancer survivors, grief/loss, and career changes.
My experience centers on supporting clients of all ages through a wide range of life challenges. Guided by a solution-focused perspective, I believe holistic healing is a foundational part of effective client care. I am trained in EMDR, a therapeutic modality that helps clients process trauma and other difficult life experiences that may interfere with personal growth, relationships, and mental health. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and other concerns that can make it difficult to feel grounded or move forward. I hold a master’s degree from Colorado Christian University and have received training in both play therapy and EMDR. I have also worked with clients experiencing dual diagnoses within the field of substance use disorders, which has deepened my understanding of the connection between emotional pain, coping, and healing.
Dr. Anand Jayanti is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with a passion for helping individuals and couples enhance their communication and emotional understanding. Born in India and raised throughout America, Dr. Jayanti's multicultural upbringing has deeply influenced his empathetic approach to psychiatry. As a child, he was often described as a "thinker," a trait that led him to channel his feelings through work. It was during his young adulthood that he realized the importance of not only thinking, but also openly expressing, a journey that continues to shape his professional and personal life. Dr. Jayanti earned his medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine and continued his training at The University of Texas at Austin. He completed his residency at the UT Health Science Center in Tyler and pursued a fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at UT Dell in Austin. Dr. Jayanti believes that improving communication is key to enhancing wellbeing in relationships. Throughout his life, he observed how misunderstandings between people often stemmed not from bad intentions but from a lack of tools and insights to understand and communicate their feelings. Dr. Jayanti sees patients struggling with relationships, marital issues, depression, anxiety, attention deficit, and trauma.

Latosha Jackson is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 16 years in mental health care. She has worked in inpatient settings, outpatient clinics, and substance use rehab. That breadth means she has met patients at every stage of recovery and is hard to surprise.
She earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Chamberlain College of Nursing. She also holds dual master's degrees, one in Executive Nursing and one in Psychiatric Mental Health. That training shapes how she thinks about diagnosis and care today.
