Our current and past life circumstances can often leave us with feelings of stress, anxiety, and sadness. These emotions can be confusing and difficult to manage and process. My goal is to come alongside clients to reach personal goals, using warmth, understanding, and acceptance. I will work with you, with you in the driver’s seat, to set goals, explore and gain understanding of yourself, process your emotions in a safe space, reframe negative beliefs about yourself, and find solutions that work for you. I enjoy working with clients with a variety of concerns including general anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
I work with ages 6 and up on anxiety, depression and life changes.
A Collaborative Partnership for Meaningful Growth
Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that the most impactful work happens through a dedicated, active collaboration. With nearly a decade of experience, I provide a focused space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, or major life transitions who are ready to move beyond "just getting by."

Hello! My name is Yaritza. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) TX #80888 & FL #TPMC5727, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I), and a national board-certified counselor (NBCC). I am bilingual (English & Spanish), and I have been working in the mental health field since 2009. My experience includes working at community mental health agencies and, most recently, at a major insurance company.
As a licensed professional counselor and psychotherapist, my relationship with my client is the most important aspect of the process. I strive for connection and a collaborative spirit. It is always my goal to help the client with their unique and special needs. Whether someone struggles with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, or general relational issues, I want to develop a plan with them that will be customized to their needs, and specific to what their desired outcome is.
With over 20 years of experience working in diverse settings, I support children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate challenges connected to the past, present, and future. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas, I am passionate about the transformative power of therapy and growth that can happen when clients feel safe, supported, and understood. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate difficult seasons, make meaningful changes, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward healing.
Judith enjoys working with diverse groups and people from different cultures. She practices improving mental wellness and quality of life for her patients. She treats children, adolescents, and adults ages twelve and above. Judith is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and a 2022 graduate of University of Texas at Arlington. She is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and has 10 years of psychiatry experience.
I believe healing and growth happen best when people feel safe, accepted, and genuinely cared for. I love working with children, teens, and families, and I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves.
For children, I have advanced training in Child-Centered Play Therapy, which allows them to express feelings, work through challenges, and build confidence through the natural language of play. Often, children communicate much more through play than they can with words, and I enjoy helping them feel understood and supported in ways that fit their developmental needs.
