You’ve been carrying a lot on your own for a long time. On the outside you seem like you’re holding it together, but inside you might feel anxious, low, overwhelmed, or weighed down by past experiences and current stress. I’m Amanda, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and EMDR-trained therapist, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. You don’t need the “right” words or a polished story here—my goal is to offer a warm, grounded space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard so we can make sense of what’s happening and help you feel more steady and hopeful.
I’m a LCSW with a background in behavioral health and trauma care, including supporting service members and veterans. I work with adults who may look like they’re holding it all together while carrying stress, anxiety, past experiences, or major life changes. I provide a warm, supportive space to help you feel understood and create meaningful change.
As a board-certified clinical therapist, I view mental health as essential to overall well-being. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and I’m proud of you for taking it. With over 15 years of experience, I’m here to support you on your journey. Everyone’s story is unique and deserves an individualized approach to care.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't what happened to you—it's carrying the weight of it every day while trying to be there for everyone else. Anxiety, family conflict, grief, trauma, or difficult life transitions can leave you feeling emotionally drained, disconnected, and unsure how to move forward. You deserve a space where you don't have to carry those burdens alone. I work alongside individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, family issues, grief and loss, women's issues, and trauma so they can strengthen their relationships, build emotional resilience, and create healthier, more connected lives. Working with adolescents, adults, and families, I strive to create a compassionate, supportive environment where healing feels possible and lasting change can begin.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling and Psychology and years of experience supporting individuals through some of life's heaviest seasons; depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family conflict, and the quiet pain of not feeling good enough.
My path to this work is deeply personal. For years I wrestled with low self-esteem, and that journey, from bitter and broken to whole and beautiful, is what drives everything I do. I founded U.G.L.Y. LADY Ministries out of that experience, a ministry dedicated to helping women reclaim their sense of worth. I also serve as a school counselor, which keeps me grounded in the real, everyday challenges people face from adolescence into adulthood.
I have a particular heart for women, young people, and anyone navigating trauma, relationship pain, or the weight of feeling unseen. My faith, my community, and my lived experience are not separate from my clinical work; they inform it. I bring warmth, encouragement, and an unshakeable belief in every person's capacity to heal.
Hi, I'm Manas, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years experience working with clients from all walks of life. I've focused on helping individuals through anxiety, low self-esteem, major life changes, issues in relationships, low confidence, anger problems, stress related to education, issues at work, and addiction. I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Georgia. In my free time I enjoy music, movies, art, poetry, family, and friends. Out of pocket charge is negotiable depending on your financial situation.
Hello there!
My aim as a therapist is to connect with you as a person, not just a client. In my opinion, therapy can be fun, not just full of tears and processing hard things. I try to make it fun and enjoyable even though there will be times when it's difficult. I use humor to bring you out of your shell and connection to get you where you want to go! I can't wait to meet you.
