Whether you're facing a recent challenge or carrying experiences that have weighed on you for years, we'll work together to better understand what's happening beneath the surface and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 4 years of experience, passionately working with adults of diverse ethnicities and backgrounds to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress syndrome, grief, family conflict, and relationship issues.

I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.

I am a clinical psychologist with 15 years of experience in private practice. I specialize in treating adults going through major life events, including trauma, chronic illness, new parenthood, and divorce. I am trained in EMDR treatment for trauma and I am certified in perinatal mental health.
