With more than 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I am passionate about helping adults and older adults navigate life’s emotional, psychological, and cognitive challenges. I provide psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and neuropsychological evaluations, with particular experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, memory concerns, adjustment issues, and the impact of aging or medical conditions. My approach is compassionate, respectful, and individualized, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to improve your quality of life.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I believe that taking care of your mental health is one of the most important investments you can make in yourself. I’ve worked with clients from many walks of life, but my primary focus is helping adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges find clarity, peace, and balance again.

Erica Graduated from Walden University, specializing in Psychiatry. She has over 10 years of nursing experience mostly in the field of psychiatry. Mental health has been her passion for several year. She wants to help eliminate the negative stigma associated with mental health.

I am a licensed mental health counselor providing individual therapy in-person and virtually. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Florida and completed my master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida.

After completing my undergraduate degree, I worked at a domestic and sexual violence center for three years, providing crisis and individual support to survivors and their children. During graduate school, I gained experience providing counseling in medical clinics and worked alongside adolescent and pediatric physicians. I am passionate about working with teens (13+), young adults, college students, LGBTQ+, and survivors of intimate partner violence and childhood abuse.

I provide assistance in many areas including ADHD, depression, anxiety , mood disorder and many others. The course of treatment is individualized to fit each person’s unique circumstances.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing is about more than simply treating symptoms. It’s about understanding and caring for the whole person. I take a holistic, compassionate approach, exploring how your mind, body, experiences, relationships, and daily habits may influence the way you feel.
