My background combines rigorous clinical training with integrative mind-body practices, allowing me to view mental health through a holistic lens. Hi! I'm Hailey! I work with people who are overwhelmed by daily life, relationships, and academic work. I have worked extensively with people who are feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, and unmotivated. I have experience working with Moms who are pregnant or postpartum and are having a hard time balancing life's demands. Together, we will practice skill-building in our sessions to help you feel comfortable while working to reach your goals. We can build routines, establish academic strategies, navigate relationships and difficult conversations, while learning and practicing coping skills. Therapy can be hard; together we can create a life you want to live and enjoy. My job is to empower you to discover your own strength and reach your goals!

My name is Dr. Aleyah Yasin, and I am of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in relationship and family dynamics and I have experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to ethnically diverse clients and families struggling with crisis, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and stress related issues.

I’m a compassionate, collaborative clinical counselor who creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I work with individuals of all ages to develop practical coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. My goal is to support and empower each client in feeling understood, respected, and capable of creating meaningful change.

I have a strong nursing background with experience in ICU settings as well as both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. I’ve also worked in adolescent behavioral/mental health residential programs, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of mental health across different stages of life.

I have worked with diverse populations in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric stabilization, homeless prevention, and integrated healthcare. These experiences have allowed me to develop an eclectic skill-set with a person-centered approach. I love being a social worker and having the privilege of helping others heal and grow.

I grew up in South Florida where I developed a lifelong love for dance. I went to college at Florida State University, and it was there, I developed my passion and love for volunteering, working with youth, and developing people. While in graduate school, I focused on eating disorders as a treatment specialty, specifically higher levels of care (residential and partial hospitalization programming). Since 2017, I’ve worked as a therapist in different age groups. Starting with young children and moving on to being a therapist for a middle and high school. In 2022, I was able to return to my first passion in therapy and I started with The Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders. I’ve worked as a primary therapist, a team leader, and a site director with the company’s residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. I am now opening up some of my time on the side to venture into the private practice world and return to the direct work I fell in love with years ago.
