Before opening The Clarity Studio, I gained experience across the mental health spectrum, spanning community mental health, inpatient psychiatry, college counseling and other private practices. These roles taught me an invaluable lesson: there’s a million different ways we struggle, but there’s also a million different ways we heal. I meet you exactly where you are because that is the key to true healing.
I work with adults who are tired of surviving everything alone. A lot of the people I support are used to being “the strong one” — carrying anxiety, emotional overwhelm, difficult relationships, self-doubt, burnout, or years of unspoken pressure while still showing up for everyone else.
As a Haitian Black woman, I understand how life experiences, identity, culture, and the spaces we move through can shape the way we see ourselves and navigate the world. Therapy with me is not about judging or “fixing” you — it’s about creating space for you to breathe, unpack what’s been weighing on you, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest, grounded, and real.
When life feels like one long cycle of stress, anxiety, burnout, or big change, it can be hard to slow down enough to catch your breath, let alone feel clear about what you want next. In our work together, we’ll make space for you to feel truly heard while also getting practical about what’s keeping you stuck. We’ll look at the patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and turn that insight into step-by-step tools you can actually use in your daily life.
