I’m a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in behavioral health leadership. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in genuine curiosity about your lived experience.
I blend clinical expertise with a whole‐person perspective, helping you understand what you’re experiencing and what can help. My years in behavioral health shaped my commitment to trauma‐informed, culturally responsive care. I aim to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and able to explore what’s getting in the way of feeling like yourself again.
My name is Meredith Ximines-Mullings, Pscyhiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide mental health for all ages including children and adolescents, adults and seniors. I've intensive experiences in managing acute care and routine needs.
My primary clinical areas include anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, alcohol and substance use, and child and adolescent mental health. I also work with clients navigating depression, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, anger management, panic disorders, sleep difficulties, stress, and family concerns.
Whether I am working with a child navigating emotional or behavioral challenges, a teenager struggling with mood or substance use, or an adult seeking support through life's hardships, my commitment is the same: to provide care that is thorough, compassionate, and genuinely tailored to the individual.
Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dually licensed in California and Florida. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from George Mason University in 2018 and have worked in the mental health field since 2016.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and individuals from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities across a variety of settings, including outpatient, school-based, intensive in-home, community-based, therapeutic day treatment, and residential programs.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to heal and grow. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build healthy coping skills, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and break patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you're facing anxiety, past trauma, relationship difficulties, or a major life transition, I'm here to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker, military veteran, and military spouse, and I've spent much of my career working with people who are very good at carrying a lot. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, major life transitions, motherhood, and the pressures that come with demanding roles and relationships. My clinical background includes years of providing and leading behavioral health care in military settings, which has shaped the way I understand resilience, identity, relationships, and what can happen when pressure begins to build. I want therapy to be a place where you can put some of that responsibility down and give some of that attention back to yourself--not another place where you have to hold everything together.
