Hi everyone! My name is Ivy, and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Orlando, FL.

I am a 28 year old female (she/her) that enjoys watching anime, playing video games, and spending time with my five cats.

I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and have been in practice for 15 years. I work with both adolescents and adults and tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

Xiara Reyes is a seasoned mental health and substance use disorder counselor with over 22 years of dedicated experience in the field. She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University and is an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist.

Luis R. Garcia, M.A., LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity, empowerment, and practical solutions. He brings more than 15 years of clinical experience to his work, offering a grounded, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to healing.

I have been serving Orlando and surrounding areas in private practice for over 5 years after first gaining experience in residential crisis and substance abuse. I received my BS in psychology from UCF and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University in Deland!
