I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, followed by a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling; both from the University of Central Florida. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and have been in practice for 15 years. I work with both adolescents and adults and tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

As a licensed therapist with over two decades of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals through life's complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on empowering individuals, particularly those navigating midlife transitions, multicultural experiences, and healing from challenging personal histories.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma recovery, perinatal mental health, relationship challenges, parenting, and major life transitions. I offer support to those in ministry, missions, or helping professions (including fellow counselors) who may be navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, or carrying unique emotional, relational, or spiritual burdens. I am also trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy for helping the brain and body heal from distressing experiences, and certified in Prepare/Enrich, a premarital and marriage assessment.

Hi everyone! My name is Ivy, and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Orlando, FL.

I am a 28 year old female (she/her) that enjoys watching anime, playing video games, and spending time with my five cats.

I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2016. I am a Florida licensed psychotherapist and have maintained a private practice for 17 years in Orlando and Winter Park. I have specialized training in the following: Clinical Trauma Professional and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I am also a certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist through Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and MAPS.
