I'm so glad you have taken a step toward prioritizing self-care by searching for a therapist. I've been a licensed mental health counselor in Florida for 20+ years and have provided therapy for adult women across a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and marital and family conflict.

I am an LPC in Virginia and LMHC-S in Florida my background in practice consists of treating adolescents, families, children in at risk populations and treating adults with depression and anxiety. I take a holistic approach to counseling and meet the client where they are at. I include CBT and solution-focused techniques in order to assist clients dealing with a variety of issues. I also have a background in TF-CBT informed therapy and utilize this as needed.

Soy psicóloga graduada de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas (UCLV), en Cuba, y continué mi formación profesional en Estados Unidos en Albizu University. Mi experiencia trabajando con la comunidad latina me ha permitido comprender los desafíos emocionales, familiares y culturales que muchas personas enfrentan mientras intentan equilibrar sus responsabilidades, relaciones y bienestar personal.

Ofrezco terapia en español para adolescentes y adultos que experimentan ansiedad, depresión, trauma, baja autoestima, dificultades en las relaciones, conflictos familiares, procesos de duelo y transiciones importantes de vida. También trabajo con personas que desean comprenderse mejor, fortalecer su autoestima y desarrollar herramientas para afrontar los desafíos cotidianos de manera más saludable.

My name is Ian Dyer, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, and I am a graduate of the University of South Alabama where I completed my Masters of Science in Nursing in the Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program. I am licensed as an APRN in the State of Florida and board certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I currently have more than 5 years of experience in the field of psychiatric nursing in both the outpatient settings as well as in acute inpatient psychiatric services. At Courageous Living Mental Health Consultants, I provide caring, compassionate, individually based, and thoughtful evidenced-based treatment for a verity of mental health conditions in order to best promote my client’s ability to recover, flourish, and succeed.

Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and other emotional challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs and am trained in both EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences. My goal is to help you gain practical tools, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith into the therapy process.
