Growing up neurodivergent, I knew my life purpose was to learn to navigate a world that wasn't meant for me and to help others do the same. As a therapist, former teacher, & crisis responder, I understand what it takes to navigate toxic stress in a world that wasn't built for your brain or nervous system. I had a period as a young adult in which I was disabled by neurodivergent burnout and had to reshape my entire life trajectory. I had a therapist that truly saw me - it was the support I needed to create my future self. Today, that same passion drives my clinical work. You are not broken, and your adaptations make complete sense given what you’ve been through.
I earned a BA in Psychology/Human Services, went on for an MSW and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2017. I have extensive experience as a school clinician, respite business owner, and non-profit director. I opened my therapy practice in 2019. My practice focuses on supporting neurodivergent and gifted teens and adults, women, LGBTQ+/ENBY/Trans*, and BIPOC folks facing burnout, trauma, grief and major life pivots. Whether you are processing trauma, recovering from betrayal, navigating divorce, parenting, facing loss, health changes, or untangling the burnout of masking or people-pleasing, our work centers on helping you drop the mask, establish meaningful boundaries, and step into grounded self-worth. Your future self is waiting! In our sessions, you can expect warm, down-to-earth collaboration rooted in real-world strategies. When you’re ready to prioritize your own healing, I invite you to connect with me. Outside of being a therapist, I am a proud single momma to a neuro-spicy kiddo and a pittie. I enjoy crafting, travel, making art, yoga, dancing, and the outdoors.
My focus is helping clients regain a sense of balance and Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and exploring your options for counseling support. I have been a counselor since 2004 and work with young adults, adults, and parents. There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to therapy, so I like to work collaboratively with my clients to find a plan that meets their strengths and goals. Some of my passions are helping people understand and regulate their nervous system so they can be more present, engaged, and connected in their lives. I pull from mindfulness and self-compassion based approaches along with yoga, DBT, brainspotting, listening therapies, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I look forward to connecting with you. My goal is to help you understand and accept the many multifaceted aspects of yourself and integrate these aspects, forming a cohesive, harmonious sense of self. Our journey together is about developing a profound self-understanding and acceptance, freeing yourself from entrenched patterns, and healing from past experiences. This process leads to outcomes such as heightened self-awareness, self-confidence, reduced stress, and increased capacity to face the world with your whole, authentic self.
As an LPC, I’m here to support you through life’s messy moments. Asking for help takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you find your way forward.
You are exhausted and overwhelmed. There’s too much to do and you never feel like its enough. Your brain never stops thinking. You always feels behind. Your body is aching. You can’t keep living this way.
If you are a parent, maybe you are yelling more at your kids than you’d like to admit, and the guilt you feel after losing your temper is real. You feel ashamed that everything sets you off. You really wanted to do this differently than how you were raised.
Maybe you feel like you’re failing at life or parenthood; you aren’t proud of how you are coping. And your relationships are struggling. You and your partner feel more like roommates. You feel like you’re drowning in parenthood. Life feels too heavy.
If you are looking for a space to unload your stress, take care of your mental health and feel like yourself again, you are in the right place. Please email to schedule a consultation- my Headway calendar is not an accurate representation of my availability: [email protected]

I found my passion for the healing process through my own therapeutic journey. You are not alone. I enjoy working with men and women both individually and couples. I am skilled in anger management, conflict resolution, intimate partner violence dynamics, managing anxiety and depression, adjustment to new stages of life, childhood trauma, boundaries, emotional regulation, and relationship issues.
Many of the men I work with feel cut off from their emotions, weighed down by anxiety, and uncertain about how to manage stress at work or at home.
