I'm Lynn and I have supported individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges through individual and group therapy, using compassionate, evidence-based care. I believe healing happens through both stability and growth. I work with clients to navigate life’s challenges, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools to support coping, emotional well-being, and lasting change.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, hiking, and cruising.

I have been in the mental health field for almost 10 years. I spent two years as a case manager for kids 6-17. I completed my internship and practicum at a rehab facility that worked with everything from trauma, substance use to mood disorders. I work in the prison system for three years, two of which I was a substance abuse counselor. I have been running my own practice for just over two years now. I have a lot of experience working with a wide range of clients.

Hi, I’m Dr. Deneice, DNP, MBA, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. I am a doctoral-prepared, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and owner of Eden Total Care.

I provide concierge-style virtual psychiatric care for young-feeling adults at any age who are navigating anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, PMDD, ADHD, autism-related concerns, mood symptoms, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and diagnostic uncertainty.

My primary role is psychiatric evaluation and medication management. I also incorporate supportive therapy, life coaching, and holistic guidance when appropriate. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and properly treated — not rushed, dismissed, or reduced to a diagnosis.

I'm Rachael Colley, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner focused on psychiatric medication management with a practical, skills-based approach. My path ran through teaching and nursing before prescribing, so explaining things in plain language comes naturally, and I care about what works in your real life, not just what looks good on paper.

Who I work with I see adults, teens, and children, with particular depth in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and binge eating disorder. I provide neurodiversity-affirming care and have a strong interest in supporting people navigating a late diagnosis, both the relief of finally having answers and the practical work of figuring out what comes next.
